Popular venue with favourable location close to the railway station and free breakfast. Perfect bed, good bathroom and climate control, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle in the room. Breakfast with soup, chirashi sushi rice plus pickles. Fairly nice stay, as always.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the train station and centrally located to many tourist attractions. It made getting around so convenient and saved me a lot of time and effort. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with their level of English. The room itself was spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. Additionally, the price was very reasonable, especially if you book through their website and have their fidelity card for extra discounts. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Friendly budget hotel, a bus or tram ride away from lots of sightseeing attractions. There is a home cooked free Japanese style breakfast every morning, with extra courses on Sunday. This hotel is designed mainly for Japanese business travellers with small but well designed rooms, and all amenities. Pleasant riverside walks nearby.

Immediate area a bit short of eating and shopping options.

Very convenient as it is just next to the train station and just about 3 mins of walking. There are convenience and food shops nearby so food is not a problem. We liked it as Daiso is about 20 steps away. Kumamoto is great as a base for visiting other parts of Kyushu like Kagoshima and the Aso region. The hotel is also clean and new and the free use of computers and printer was a great boon.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - right next to the train station and centrally located to all the tourist attractions. It made getting around a breeze! Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist me when I left a valuable item in my room. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-equipped rooms to the delicious breakfast included. And finally, the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe the quality of this hotel at such affordable prices.

Excellent location 2 min outside the jr station at your right hand side. A very new hotel with comfortable public area with computers/printers. Free breakfast and the friendly staff (though not speaking English fluently)

The room is well equipped but rather small (but from jp standard, this is absolutely ok). The ladiz in charge of breakfast were a bit bossy and did not allow my friend to use a bowl to get some rice, which was a bit awkward.

Very convinient location, just one munute from Kumamoto station. The room was clean and breakfast is great for a budget concern travellers. I will definately recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located just steps away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Other modes of transportation, such as the bus and tram, are also easily accessible from the station. the rooms are clean and comfortable according to Japanese standards and offer a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet is substantial and a great way to start the day.

Guests may find that the staff's ability to speak English is limited, which can create a communication barrier.

Great location, 2 min walk from train station. Bus, tram, and taxi stations are all in front of the hotel as well. Small but comfortable room with new furniture. Good breakfast.

We loved this hotel's excellent location just a few steps away from the train station and tram stop. Transportation was extremely convenient! The hotel facilities were top-quality and kept very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was served with a variety of dishes.

The location is perfect for traveller to stay and travel to central Kyushu. It is just 1-2 minutes walk to Kumamoto jr station. If you do not want to move your luggage everyday, it is highly recommended.

The staff is not good in English, so we needed to go to receiption to explain what we need (with some writing and gestures) because using telephone in room did not work.
